MS Access

I admit ... I love working with MS Access. But, I'm feeling really pressured. My professor has taught us a crumb of the whole loaf, is not any help outside of class, and is still using MS Access 2007 because our school hasn't licensed the 2010 (while we are using 2010 on our laptops). Now this prof has partnered with another prof who knows jack-squat about Access but wants us to build him a whole loaf. The deadline is in a week ... I don't know what to do... I'm not sleeping right and now having weird, usually-wouldn't-go-there thoughts ... honestly I don't know if I'll sink or swim.

I Was Stalked By facebook

I disabled instant personalization months ago and I don't allow my facebook friends to share any of my information.
So I was surprised when I went on a website and saw my face staring back at me, suggesting that I add a comment and post to facebook. That was just weird, and a HUGE violation of my privacy!

I felt like I was being stalked by me, but really, I was being stalked by facebook!

Now I have spent over 10 minutes in their "help section" and still have not found a way to directly contact them, nor are any google searches/yahoo answers coming to my aid.

What kind of company relies on a "help section" for customer service?

A selfish one! A psychopathic one! One that thinks they can manage independent of their users ... I bet facebook won't even be around in 5 years.

zuckerberg you should know to treat customers with more respect!

Jane Eyre

Add another book to my new bookcase! (digitally speaking)

I am reading Jane Eyre! And don't ask me what page I'm on or what chapter ... my free iPod downloaded book does not allow for those luxuries. *smirk*
(I am getting so tired of the LOL, why and how did this become popular in the first place?)

Back to Jane Eyre, or Janet as Monsieur Rochester lovingly calls her ... I had this book on my iPod for months and not until the other night when I saw a late night movie about it did I get up the courage to read it. It is quite different from the movie, but the movie helps me to read it. The profusion of descriptions used in their language -- it is like trying to focus on every car in a nascar race all at once. I wish I could create comparisons, allusions, and analogies as they do, it seems their mind is always on the books they read.

Jane ... I like her and I don't get her. She's a bit off to me, but kind of reminds me of me because she's off. I wish she and I were on because it bugs me! I wish I were more passionate sometimes.

However, someone I met commented that in the book Mr.Rochester is described similarly to Edward Cullen ... nooooo! No, I don't see it. They're attitudes are totally different and I will entertain that idea no longer.

I think I'll go see the newer movie, now in theatres.

Good ****, White Wine

This is the only wine I like ... so far.

Makes me wanna put on a bikini, a sheer, sexy cover-up, and take a walk on the beach at sunset ... with a great, sexy man by my side. .... LOL
