Hilarious! Because it is so true LOL.
I haven't looked at the legal aspect of this, for example researching when the Miranda rights take effect or if you can even go to court without identifying yourself (in which case, renders the Miranda rights useless.) And even "habeas corpus, which is the right to remain silent, and the right to an attorney, are designed to ensure that those accused of a crime are assured of those rights." Reminder: The Miranda Rights is as follows:
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense."
